@parados,
If you insist on being anal about it. Most of us apply the word budgeting to the combination of planning and doing.

@hawkeye10,
Anal? By the word anal do you mean that part of you body you talk out of? After all it seems the actual meaning of words doesn't matter to you.

@parados,
JUN 18 2015,

Quote:
Democrats successfully blocked the Senate from considering a key defense spending bill, making good on their promise that they would stand in the way of any spending bills put forward until Republicans budge on spending caps set on non-defense programs.

In a party-line vote of 50-45, Democrats stopped Republicans from getting the 60 votes needed to proceed to the Defense Appropriations Bill. Before the vote even happened, the White House threatened that President Barack Obama would veto the bill if it made it to his desk.

http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/senate-democrats-block-defense-spending-bill-n378041

Q: Who is blocking the funding of the government?

A: Both parties, when ever they feel there are political points to be scored, regardless of how much america get hurts, regardless of how badly their poor leadership demoralizes America at large and government workers in particular.

You think you are all smart a ****, but really you are just an another pea brained partisan hack.

@Baldimo,
The bipartisan right that "Bill" Clinton had to work with was not filled with Tea Party racists (as yourself), Christian right homophobes, bigots, sexists and money grubbing war mongering, anti-life/healthcare hypocrites...

No ethical democrat politician on the left would ever stoop THAT low...

Why in the name of all that's holy do the news people still ask for Cheney's opinion about the middle east, when he has been proven to be a liar and wrong about everything re the middle east?

Because he hasn't been proven to be a liar (and because all politicians lie anyway).

I doubt he has been proven to be wrong about everything in the Middle East.

Democrats used to like to persecute Republicans on false charges.

The Democrats rushed to change the independent prosecutor laws once Republicans started trying to hold Democrats accountable for their actual crimes.

No leadership is about knowing where to go and getting people to follow. But dont worry, I would not expect a failed leader such as you to understand.

Fiorina also called the upcoming CNN debate at the Reagan Library in Simi Valley, California an "opportunity to introduce myself to all the people who don't yet know me." She

Actually I'm starting to like her.

Amazing! there's been a recent bold push back against the element of the GOP that is supporting Trump. This, from an evangelical-and a surprisingly forceful statement from the WH. I think the racial **** is about to hit the fan that's been on hyperdrive for about 500 years.
ugh. Will have to bring the articles when I get home. My phone refuses to play nice this morning.

Bill Maher is in the MSM, asking news orgs to stop covering Trump. I think we should cover everything as it happens instead of living in a safe little false echo chamber bubble.

Trump is definitely coaxing the racists and the backward from under the rocks and I want to see what they say, what they believe, and who they are.

I can understand an initial dalliance with the novelty, but as he reveals disgusting prejudice and maddening stupidity, I want to see who still wants to entrust our country to him.

I feel like the guy commenting about Coulter in this article. I'm done giving her the benefit of the doubt.

After seeing how many people still lauded Palin after she was pretty clearly
a stupid rightwing empty suit racist, I may be appalled by how many still want Trump - but I don't think I'll be shocked.
