It is called truth by omission... Why did Trump not just open his tax returns up for scrutiny? Because of this guilt. You have nothing to lose when you have nothing to hide.

Most honest people don't pay off porn stars while their wife is about to give birth.

What is Obama hiding? Trump's taxes are a matter between him and the IRS. Like any other citizen. If the IRS is not charging him with something then it is simply no ones business.
