I think that I am glad that I am too old to be around in the next ten years. When the conservatives wanted to change the law to enable Raven to run for a third time I thought that the average intellectual level had dropped to its lowest level. I was wrong. I went to the local coffee shop today to drink coffee with 6 acquaintances as I do most days. Trump came up of course and his national emergency b s. Once again came up the idea that the law should be changed to allow him (Trump) to run more than 2 tmes because he is a strong president. What came to my mind was Hitler's Germany, and Mussilanis Italy. I kept my mouth shut because I realized that any argument would be ignored just as it is on this site. It seems that we no longer want government by the people but want a king who tells us what we need or can have. A dictator who makes our decisions for us so we don't have to think. I don't think I will have to worry about this at my age unless of course I find Trump hates Italians as much as blacks and Mexicans. He has Putin to imitate so he is all set. We don't need no cotton picking congress we've got our own personal dictator with his kids set to follow in his footsteps. Good luck with not having to think for yourselves.
