It's not just a meme. Melania Trump was a nude model who did soft pornography (among other things like being a "paid escort") to make a living. Saying that she did those things and showing photographs of her doing her job is simply telling the truth. A nude picture of President Obama' s mother is not even something that exists in any reality -except what some sickass Trumpophile might conjure up in photoshop. It's the difference between making a statement of fact, and resorting to a puerile insult because there is no defense for the truth.

I just wanted to add that I am not disparaging Melania's career choices - I'm disparaging the hypocrisy and cognitive dissonance of the Republicans who thought posting a video of a teenage Ocasio-Cortez dancing joyfully on a rooftop was somehow a character flaw.

I got that. The republicans are forever instigating - with their hypocritical piousness. I couldn't give less of a **** what she did to get where she is; but it pisses me off that these same republicans who ignore all of 45's very evident classless amorality used to get the vapors if Michelle Obama dared wear a sleeveless blouse.
