On Wednesday, Kirsten Gillibrand declared her support for legalizing weed in America. By signing on to a bill authored by her Senate colleague Cory Booker that would end federal pot prohibition, the New Yorker became the latest of several presumed Democratic 2020 presidential candidates (including Booker) to go at least partially green.

Before I was against legalizing pot. In my family my girls have had issues with drugs in their past, so I was sensitive on the subject. However, the other day I was reading how smoking pot saved a man's life who had a heart attack. He was so relaxed during the whole thing.
