@TheCobbler,
Quote:So someone got the number wrong but the republican attempt to infiltrate our public schools with religion is being attempted regardless.
If you want to spread information on what is happening, it helps to get the actual bill number correct. If you don't, you end up spreading false information, it doesn't help your side at all to spread false info.
Quote:That's House Resolution 610, and it would create federally backed vouchers for students so they can attend radical religious indoctrination schools.
I went and read the bill, it says no such thing. What you don't like is the voucher program in general, the religious schools aspect is just extra icing on the cake for you. To be honest, all religions would take advantage of this.
Muslim, Jewish, Catholic and Hindu's could all start their own schools do you object to all of them or just the Christian ones you don't like?
Would you support a bill that excluded religious schools?
Quote:Do we need more religious nuts in this country?
I'm not religious at all, compared to me, you are a religious nut. If you are concerned about religious nuts in our country, why are you only concerned with white Christian ones? A majority of the people you want to see brought to this country are very religious in nature. Catholics from Mexico and South America, Muslims from the ME, Hindu's from India and Pakistan. All of those groups by their nature of being poor, are religious and follow their faiths.
