For all the effect they’ve had on the results of the election, and for all they’re going to to to stop Joe Biden from being inaugurated, they may as well be.

The effect has not been to the SCOTUS yet.

Even your golfer in chief doesn’t think the Supreme Court is going to hear his case.

But dream on - you’ve still got 50 days. Keep hope alive!

Then why not just go and impeach the Democratic leaders, instead of outlawing the Democratic Party's name?

I think outlawing the party is the best way to go about ending their abuse of power.

Rebelofnj wrote:
For the amount of times you have been saying the outlaw idea, one would think you actually expanded on it and had some specific details about it.

What is there to expand on? Pass the legislation, then have the President sign it into law.

Rebelofnj wrote:
But no. Basically the name is banned, but no one is removed from office and there is no other penalty.

If outlawing the Democratic Party fails to end the abuses of power, then sterner measures will need to be considered.

@oralloy,
What you are aiming for is barely a slap on the wrist.

How does just banning the use of the Democratic Party name stop the alleged abuses of power if no one is removed from office?

@Rebelofnj,
I would hope that the example of a party being outlawed would make future political parties more cautious about abusing their power.

If I'm wrong then sterner measures can be considered.

@oralloy,
I mean, it is just a banning of a name.

No actual punishments, no censure, no limits or restrictions placed, no deterrences, no removal from office. Literally nothing stopping any Democrats from continuing their business or finishing their terms.

This outlawing is toothless.

It’s fitting. A toothless idea from a brainless person.

You don't understand. Oralloys word is the word of God and religion. If he says that his word can outlaw the democratic party than by the word of God he can do it.

Trump can also win with the electors or by a Constitutional vote in Congress. That favors Republicans by 3.

After all exact ratios happen when it is absolutely statistically impossible. Kind of a miracle. Maybe Trump has one coming.

@coldjoint,
The goalposts have now been moved

Quote:
“It doesn’t matter until all the votes are counted.

It doesn’t matter until the recount.

It doesn’t matter till states certify the votes.

It doesn’t matter until the lawsuits have finished filing.

It doesn’t matter until the lawsuits are appealed.

It doesn’t matter until it gets to the Supreme Court.

It doesn’t matter until the Electoral college votes.

It doesn’t matter because the electors will still vote for Trump as faithless electors.

It doesn’t matter because Biden’s not sworn in until January 20th.

It doesn’t matter because the election was illegitimate.”

All those things are or were true. The recounts were a sham. Not all states are certified. The lawsuits do matter until their thrown out, and appeal is a viable and legal action.

I said Biden is not legally president-elect until Dec. 14th. That date will not move.

The last few are more likely to happen than exact ratios between votes for the candidates
lasting three hours. Bottom line the election was a massive fraud.

@coldjoint,
But the real bottom line is that Biden won and will be sworn in as president, and all the static about fraud won’t make a bit of difference.

So you are saying even if there was massive fraud Biden should still be inaugurated? Not trying to put words in your mouth. You do not care the election was stolen because no one is dumb enough to believe it is anything else but fraud.

And you actively support robbing America of the leader they chose because you won't stop and think why you have to cheat. You rationalize and destroy election integrity forever. Why do you think they, Americans, do not want Democrats running the country? It is obvious.

There wasn’t any mass fraud. You don’t believe that. I do.

But here’s the thing... whether you believe it or not; whether you keep listing all the fraud that allegedly happened or not; whether you and all 70 million of his followers shout it until you turn hot pink, or all lay down in the fetal position and suck your thumbs until Inauguration Day..,

Joe Biden won, and will be inaugurated on January 20th.

Yes there was, and you could not function in society if you were dumb enough to think there was not. So I don't believe you. You must hate America.

The Trump campaign has raised over 150 million dollars since the election, for use in his fight to overturn the results.

If you’ve donated any of this money to him, shame on you.
If you believe that this money is not going directly into Trump’s pocket, shame on you.

If you know he’s using his loss to enrich himself, and you just don’t care, shame on you - and you are beyond helping.

I disagree. I think it will result in an end to the witch hunts.

If the measure does prove to be ineffective, then the nation should consider sterner measures.
