The World Health Organization announced a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30 January 2020--long before the fat boy in the White House conceived a grudge against WHO*. Of course, although he might have been anxious (although Dog knows why given that the Republicans control the Senate, and conviction requires a two-thirds majority; of course, Plump isn't very bright when it comes to the constitution), his legal team handled the trial, not the fat boy The fact of the matter is, that the fat boy dropped the ball, largely because he wasn't even aware that a lethal game was on. By the way, any monies already allocated to WHO don't go away because the fat boy is pouting. Those funds just sit there until either Congress specifically recovers them, or a new president releases them.
