I need some help translating a phrase. The phrase is describing an Engine Company that is the busiest in it's battalion (#7). Something like "Busiest in Battalion 7". Something to that effect. Thanks

@JimCar71,
Assiduissimus Phalangis VII

Assiduissimus -> Busiest
Phalangis -> of Phalanx (Latin equivalent of Battalion)
VII -> 7
