It was an est-like thing...a knock off on est by a professor at Seton Hall University.
It put you in touch with yourself...in an unusual way.
I seldom talk about it...except to acknowledge that it stopped me from bullshyting myself in a major way. I also think it jogged me awake from the unconsciousness I now see I was in for a great deal of my life. It required me to take responsibility for my life....my decisions....and the results of those decisions.
I am an aware individual.
