Or a Harvard education does not equate to good old common sense.
Ever get charged more than you expect? I am sure this happens – has happened to me before when a menu is not updated either online or the take out menu I have does not have the most recent prices. I think this is just a tad over the top though – but Damn that $4 is going to break the bank.

Its so funny - it is all over the Boston.com and on the local radio stations-- so everyone knows what an a$$ he is. And on the positive side this restaurant has now got so much free publicity and people as so siding with them - bonus free advertising and increase in business for them.

Ben, I've read the course curriculum for the class my daughter is taking with you this semester. Looks like you have quite a few outlined subjects (16) of which she tells me only (9) are actually to be covered according to you. We have contacted a lawyer you self important little man.

There are always any number of threats driving a negotiation. Labor negotiation holds all sort of threat, implicit and explicit.

Prenups, sales ... all negotiation holds threat. That doesn't mean negotiations are born of threat (some are: peace negotiation, divorce agreement),
