Get 110 from 220

I've read many other forums but didn't run across my situation:
I have a 220 line to a well pump. It is buried and about 200 feet from the sub-panel at the house. I need to put some heat in there. In the past I've run a 10ga homemade dropcord to the well house.
Ideally, it would be nice of I could get a 110 outlet using the 220 line and still have the 220 for the pump.
The 220 is a black & white & ground wire attached to the pressure switch.
Some time back an electrician had wired a piece of 110 "heat tape" to the pipes but it got disconnected and damaged when a new pressure tank and switch were installed.
Thanks for any info.

@oldfarmer,
I suppose, Old, you might connect two heaters in series. However be sure they're exactly the same

@oldfarmer,
Assuming your well is on a 30amp 240v circuit, there most likely is not enough capacity to allow a heater to be added. You could run a new circuit UG in the spring or get creative and swing the heater circuit into a panel, install a circuit to the well pressure switch and another circuit to a transformer to get the 120V and install a current sensing relay to cut the heater off when the well was running.
