Unhappy people don't need reasons, they just like to be that way. Can you be among unhappy people and remain an optimist?

Worse? I think he's wrong, they do get worse, but I'm going to test it out.

optimists attempt to believe the mud on their shoes isn't there while pessimests believe that the mud is all there is. Neither sees the truth.

What we perceive is often governed by our emotional state. Therefore, all 'truth' is relative.

Relatives should be mistrusted when they try and tell you the truth about your kids. Only you know that they are perfect.

Very Happy (appreciate this, I don't dole out smilies easily...)

Perfect is an occasional appellation, usually misapplied. Imperfect, on the other hand, is a useful adjective.

Adjectives are said to be redundant to good writing, but I profoundly disagree. Think of the different ways to describe colour, for instance.

"Mind the doors, please!" Clary does not want me talking about food, so I hope a nostalgic reminder of London's creaky Underground will not be amiss.

Didn't you want to go to the water, Billy?

Pond, is a little lake, and Ricki Lake is a person many people know. Lake trout is good eating.

Eating too much can be a lot worse for your long-term health prospects than eating too little. This topic is very hot at the moment, I believe; and what summer passes without a spate of newspaper articles about healthy diet?

Help, run, walk, donate
Your help is gonna beat Big C
Research that thing from A to Z
