Feature marked 'restore'? I don't think Macs have the same features as regular PCs, but I have done various things suggested by one Gary from the local computorium, including a very comprehensive Norton virus scan lasting a day, to no avail.
To no avail, really? I take it you don't have a virus program like McAfee installed? Do you have access to someone who is fairly computer literate who could help?
