Translation of quote into Latin

Hey wise people

There's a quote I need to get translated into Latin; it goes "How long will we remain content celebrating our potential, even as we restrain ourselves from realising it?"

Does anyone know what would be a good translation for that? Would "Quo usque contenti celebrantes materiam nostram manebimus, ut nos retinemus quoque quin eam sentiamus?" be the best bet?
