And speaking of Betty White, would you consider her on Golden Girls as a slacker or just a naive Midwestern girl?

She was more a stereotype of the descendants of the Scandinavian immigrants of the Upper Midwestern states of the US, the "typical blonde."

Keep in mind that she doesn't qualify simply because she's one of the meanest characters in the history of the medium. I'm looking for likable/affable characters.
