I wish our president would have finished the job we started in Afghanistan against Al Qaeda...

My plan for voting Bush this November held pretty steady for a while there, but I think I've had my fill. He's officially lost my vote. Looks like I'll be giving it to Kerry or a third party candidate this year.

And now the news is " We have terrorists in the country planning a huge attack this summer. We don't know exactly where, exactly when, exactly what, exactly how, but we have credible information that says its fer sure dude."

Look for the words "Stay the course" to follow very soon.

Bi- Personally, I am becoming more and more disenchanted with Bush as time goes by. Problem is, that I don't believe that Kerry has the cojones to keep this country safe.

IMO, I do not think that there will be an attack in the US this summer. Somewhere else, maybe. I don't think that the terrorists want to do anything that will pull the US together right before the election. IMO, they probably do not want Bush in the White House. They know that he is intransigent in his views towards terrorism. They have waited for centuries; a few months won't make a difference!

I think you're wrong about Kerry. Do not confuse bluster iwth cojones, and do not confuse the willingness to start a fight that you can send others in to do with cojones either.

At the end of the day ( I hate that expression) Kerry has combat experience and at least knows what the people he might send into war are in for.

As I just said on anther thread, the die is cast on this war. bush put into motion something that now has a life and momentum of it's own, independent of plans, strategies or the size of anyones cojones. We will not see an end to this, so might as well look past it and elect leader capable of focusing on other real problems.
