I was thinking along those lines, but wasn't sure, T. I am under the impression that terrorists are trending toward fewer 'incidents', but more deaths per incident.

What kind of casualties specifically?
They don't say. Some of the other graphs call out deaths vs. injuries. I don't think that website's information is very user friendly.
