Besides my viral infection (diagnosed by GP and told to rest for a few days), I'm a healthy 21 yr old female.
My symptoms are coughing, vomiting, headache, ear ache.
My question:
My heart rate (while resting), is 200bpm... is this normal? If not, what should I do?
I've only noticed this in the past 10min.
@ben9292,
That heart rate is not normal. Even with fever, tachycardia should never became higher than your caculated aerobic heart rate (which should be around 140 for your age).
Forget the internet and go to see a medic right now. ASAP

One other factor, maybe this makes a difference before I panic...
Also, it seems the beating is irregular. It will be fast for say, 10 sec then instantly slow. From like 200bpm to 120bpm.
@ben9292,
Do not panic.
ACT
At high speeds the heart rate can become irregular. That point may not be an asset. Anyways the simple fact that you have 200 bpm is indication for evaluation.
Do not waste more time on the internet.
@luismtzzz,
Good advice....he needs to go to the ER, or 24 hour clinic.....NOW.
@ben9292,
