Pinocchio is known for having a short nose that becomes longer when he is under stress (chapter 3 in The Adventures of Pinocchio), especially while lying.
He could be telling the truth about his nose, and just be stressed out because people will assume he is lying about something.
The OP is merely one of the several games generated by Russell's Paradox such as the "Barber Paradox". It is of little interest except for its implications with respect to traditional logic which Russell attempted to make the substrate for all mathematics.
