Theres a tiny sharpener on the inside of the top of the eyeliner but I can't get it out. Even my nails won't fit between the sharpener and the eyeliner, and I have really thin nails. Please help I need to sharpen it because someone else used it and I can't risk an eye infection cuz I wear contacts. ;(

Then either sharpen the eyeliner with a small sharp knife or throw it out. And never, ever loan your eye makeup to anyone else, ever. I'm serious - even sharpening this pencil isn't necessarily going to eliminate the chance of getting an eye infection.
