With catchup as well as well as "red-white": mayo and catchup together.

Meanwhile, over here in Britland, we sprinkle malt vinegar onto the chips (french fries for those of you brought up on McDonalds), a little salt, and then place a large dollop of tomato ketchup on the side of the plate, in which to dip the chips.

Or, if you are an old time Londoner, there's always "pie and licquor".

A heap of sizzling chips or mashed potato (mash), a meat pie and all covered in a thick, green sauce (licquor).

I like that ... however, only when packed in (now forbidden) newspaper paper. (Discovered this culinary highlight 42 years ago - and still can't miss it!)
