I think his career is done, feel bad for family (don't know about all that). Not for loss of money, they probably have lots, but re the shame.
Not that it shouldn't be done. It would be screwy to let him keep this up.
When I said that on my list of choices, telling him not to bite, I was kidding, somewhat.
I should have payed more attention, but, y'know, I learn at speed about every four years. I also picked him since he is usually good at futbol, ignoring the ick factor. This happens in fantasy football (etc.) too. My score on discernment in all that isn't perfect.
I'd not known about racist stuff (grrrr), no comment, must read more.

Results after day 13.
Jackson MartÃnez boosts Pantalones (a bit)
Just listening to the news, it would appear that Suarez was warned at his last disciplinary, that if he bit again he would be facing anything up to a twenty match ban.
I think I heard it right.
Again, let's see what happens (I won't hold my breath)

Another Luis Suarez; manager of Spain in the nineties if I recall correctly; once substituted their captain and main striker Emilio Butragueno in a World Cup qualifier against our boys in green. Which led to the commentator hysterically and memorably screaming: "He's pulling him off! The Spanish manager is pulling his captain off!"
That's great! Similar to "The batsman's Holding" incident.
Just read this in the Telegraph. Note the Uruguyan Captain's comments and attitude. They really are a nasty bunch, somewhat reminiscent of the Italian teams from the 70's and 80's.
