The last one

Volume of the Cooler

Is solved by adding the volume of a rectangular prism (Vp=h*w*d) to that of half of the cylinder (Vc=1/2*pi*(w/2)^2*d) where h is height of the prism, w is the width of the prism and d is depth of the prism.

Volume of the Snowcone

Add the Volume of the cone (Vc=1/3*pi*r*h) to half of a sphere (Vs=1/2*4/3*r^3) where h is height of the cone and r is the radius of the cone/sphere.

The volume of a cone is given by 1/3*pi*r^2*h where the volume of a cylinder is given by pi*r^2*h. If you were to divide the volume of a cylinder by the volume of the cone with the same dimensions you'd find the ratio of the volume of the two shapes--
