Just as long as the driver wan't kissing.

Too occupied with that double Whopper w/cheese dribbling out his mouth to kiss.

Okay... the self driving car is taking passengers other than the owner and hits another car... how the insurance company will work...? whom to blame when giving a traffic ticket?

Laws will need to be modified, like the old ones from "driving a horse" to driving an automobile.
