Is your image from google images (or similar) or another website?
or is it on your own hard drive?
Do you use a mac or a pc? They are slightly different re instruction.

If you're just going to post pics rarely, ask a forum member with an image hosting account to post them for you.
(PM me if you want me to do it)
But if you plan on doing a lot of pic-posting in forums, it's best to open a free hosting account of your own.
