Please Help With Artist - Painting From 1908

This is a no brainer. Everyone knows this painting, they can tell by the photo you took the time to post. It’s by CYC dated between 1908 and 1906. Did I answer correctly? If so give me that damn ribbon!

Does anyone know the full name of the artist?

We can't see the painting. There are ways to have painting photos posted to a2k (I am not the best one to explain.)
