According to Bush, Rumsfeld, Chaney, Powell, Rice, etc., the mass-bombing of thousands of innocents is O.K. ..... providing you don't torture them later.

Rumsfeld is accountable and responsible for setting up the conditions at all the prisons, Getmo, 3 in Iraq and Afghanistan. He set the tone, the lack of rights and the treatment. I believe that he should not only be fired but charged with war crimes.
