Buying a Cellphone

I forget the brand and model, but there is one cell phone adjustable for both tone and volume. I gave it some thought, but every single review on Amazon mentions the difficulty in getting it set up.

I'm using the Track Phone system, by the way. One year's service and 400 minutes of air time costs about $100.00. Ideal if you seldom use it but need something available. Not so great for many people, though.
