Enrnest Borgnine is pretty hideous. Milton Berle too. Rhea Perlman? I don't know, who do you think it is?
Who's been dead longest? I would suspect they would be the ugliest.
Some of those folks before they get the extreme make-overs?
that french blokey with the potato nose... was his name... Gerard Depardeu or something french like that...
Viggo Mortenson, but only because my wife has a stalker-like crush on him, so I'm obligated to say that.
What about that guy who played the dwarf in Lord of The Rings? Gross!
Sandra Bernhardt is pretty fugly.
John Rhys-Davies? Yeah, but he is a good actor, and much taller than a dwarf in real life.

Oh yeah. She is hideous. That's a good one.

But he's still pretty damn ugly.
Steve Buscemi.
Heck of an actor though.
(And I've always thought Sandra Bernhardt was kind of hot. For an ugly girl.)
John Rhys-Davies who was also in "Raiders of the Lost Ark?" There's uglier actors who have made it bigtime by far. I don't think kickycan meant after makeup.
I'd also go with Marty Feldman and he used it to it's best advantage. Who can forget Igor in "Young Frankenstein?"
Steve is great in the new episodes of "The Sopranos" and is another actor who plays the strange looks to great advantage.
Captain Kirk in his tight uniform and creaking corset?
I would put Lon Cheney in that fugly but talented with their look group too, LW. I suppose he's not related to Dick Cheney, although there does seem to be a familiar trait between the two, i.e. being able to turn into a monster at will.
Dick Cheney -- "The Phantom of the Operation."
Willem Dafoe also has that fugly-but-uses-it-to-his-benefit thing going on too.
