students taking culinary school classes that are under 21 may now taste wines when their courses require it but are required by law to spit.

Well, I suppose that's what you're supposed to do as a wine taster, anyhow. Still, it seems like a waste of hooch, if you ask me...
well yeah, but it was important to make a law about it.

Are those students promoted after they are 21 and have graduated in clulinary promoted to boozing classes?
