I don't recognize it, but it doesn't look at all Navajo.
It's a bird, turn it sideways. Not Navajo. There are S.American weavings a lot like that, I'd say somewhere in the Andes.

I say it's a Heagle, or maybe even a Kondoor.

It would help if you told us where you got it and if you knew anything about it.
