It relates to a German university professor. He goes to a meeting at the university to hear a military official. The military official expresses his displeasure with the lack of support for the military from academics. Suddenly soldiers enter and drag away the faculty members.
This is a film made in Germany?
If that scene is immediately followed by a pompous faculty member walking in, wearing a swastika armband, and announcing "now I am in charge!" then it's probably I Was Just Following Orders: The Life of Martin Heidegger.
From what i looked up its called Death Race or AKA State of division
