Geeks on Site is a company that will for a fee take control of the customer's PC and remove viruses, etc.

Is it safe to use?

Which company? There are a bunch of them with similar names. If it's "Geeks On Site" with spaces then they are based out of Lima, Peru and I would never use them for anything, having Googled for some reviews like this one
