@kelvin watson,
Change enablement together with Change management refers to the strategies designed to achieve concrete results. It focuses more on individual members and teams in an organization and think of the ways and tools required to get their acceptance and prepare them to accept the changes in a positive manner. Change enablement needs careful consideration of employee’s expectations along with close watch over the employee’s reactions, ongoing processes management and training sessions for ensuring enough preparations to handle the expected changes. In simple terms, change enablement is all about empowering or motivating employees to make positive, long lasting and favorable changes at each level.
