Glad and good to have you back. Sorry to have read of the health issues you were/are experiencing and appreciative of your thread on the matter. Hopefully it will help somebody or a few somebodies.
As to the 'no job except mom', from what I've heard that can be one of the most brutal...and rewarding, jobs out there. Don't sell yourself short.
