I never bought the George and Laura marriage. Sorry, but Miss Welch strikes Deecups as too butch to be married to a man.

Not that there's anything wrong with being a lesbian mind you.

Who knows? There are so many variations of "family" today and I am not about to judge Bush (who I loath) if he's secretly married to Condi Rice.

There have been quiet rumors for the past couple of years that Laura spends much of her time in New York City where she lunches and shops with the "girls."

They whisk her back to the ranch or the White House when there's need for a photo-op or some official function.

I guess I can't blame her. I'd want to stay as far away from Bush as possible too. Laughing
