There is no doubt now that Bush is nothing more than a straw frontman for forces operating around him with their own agenda.

I always suspected as much. He's a pawn for his daddy's Cold Warrior friends. The fact that all of them have been out of government for years means they bring to the table a lack of understanding of the world since the fall of the USSR.

Bob Woodward's book is a huge embarrassment for Bush and confirmation that Cheney is the power behind the throne.

Which is what many of us have long suspected... along the lines of that joke -- Bush never speaks when Cheney is having a drink of water. It also has ramifications for anyone who supports him, I'd think. Of course, from what I read by Bush supporters... he's brilliant and just likes to act dumb because it plays so well in middle America. (Is that right?)

Don't forget Tony Blair's brain as well. Many here in Britain doubt he ever had one to begin with now. We were fooled!

Some may be doing Bush an injustice in the light of his close natural affinity with Arabs. Indeed, according to Letterman, many believe he has Shiites for brains. Laughing

greenumbrella-

Well, at least you guys voted for Poodle Blair and now you'll have to deal with him until the next election.

Over here, the majority voted for someone else. 540,000 more voters wanted Al Gore.

Yes, "Poodle" Blair. Our burden and our embarrassment.
