Enrolled family Problem PLEASE HELP

I enrolled myself and my wife but somehow it only accepted me and is telling me that my wife is in medicaid?

I thought when I asked for family insurance, I got family insurance? Now I have insurance and my wife has none. I canceled my other insurance because I thought she was covered, now she is not.

PLEASE HELP ME. I am freaking out now. She is pregnant and needs to go to the doctor but now she has no insurance.

There's a phone number on the healthcare.gov website that you can call.
