I sorta grew up with them citters, and I figure the only thing dumber than a horse is somebody who likes to take care of them. I now know why the 50 and 60 year-old men sat on the fence and laughed while the 15 and 16 year-old kids broke the new stock.
As for being dumber than horses, I have a couple, and I don't mind riding so much, but I sure hate the work involved with taking care of them ... it involves lots of tools with handles and plenty of sweat.
