Iraq will decide the Pres. Election

J. Kerry or his VP will not be much of a factor in the Election. It will be what happen in Iraq that will be the main deciding factor. Ironically, it will be the Iraqis who have the most power in the coming election. Hmmm.. I wonder how many Iraqis know that?
