Before I further begin to speak, I'd like to say anyone who would like to provide help is invited, if not, please do myself and yourself a favor and not chose to comment. Make this less of a hassle. I am fully aware it's been excessively long, but I am desperate for any help, input, suggestions. Just going to get straight to the points. Anyhow-- I recently went to the construction site...different scenario. There's a site-based trailer under the main company's name where visitors are allowed(Gilbane) and a bunch of guys gathered up in there, lunch, office, paperwork, etc. I went along with a friend, myself going in there by myself a being welcomed by very nice inviting guys who were willing to help. Gave a name that I had heard from word of mouth...back in those good ole days. Described him as much as possible, unfortunate enough that I didn't know of his name. Blessing it must be, but I got his name, along with his own-individual based company-number of his. Now my question is where do I proceed on next? Now that I have his name should I further investigate and nab someone along the site like I previously was intending to do, only predicament i faced was prior in the past, i didnt know of his name. It would be more direct with his name, as I have now. This is where I lack experience in a situation like this.

@chai2,
I don't understand how. It's called wanting to reacquaint with someone you didn't get the chance to. Worth a shot than left wondering 'what if' for the rest of my life.

@Equestrianforlife7xo,
Sighhhhh, you can't get reacquainted with one you have never met. But, please continue, life isn't difficult enough.

@glitterbag,
My mistake! I meant aquainted. It never hurts to make friends with someone...regardless past or present.

@Equestrianforlife7xo,
...Except when you're stalking and an obsessive compulsive.

@Ragman,
I have not stalked, at all. I was told and suggested by a man who keeps up-to date with the school building process of the site, that the Gilbane trailer is open to visitors and I'd be invited to go there and find out any information, which they all were a great help, very nice guys. Prior to that, I had been at the site once in a while in hopes of getting a chance to nab someone. Fortunate I was presented to a much better alternative that came up, which was this, thanks to that man.

@Equestrianforlife7xo,
I am simply looking for any advice or input as I stated in my last post. Where to go fourth with what I am equipped with now.

@Equestrianforlife7xo,

If you have his company's telephone number call them and ask to leave a message for him to return your call.

If he does, mazel tov. If he doesn't please move on with your life.

@Butrflynet,
What do I say regarding my name, who I am? I mean as identification purposes.

The other possible alternative I also have in mind would be is(suggestions) going down to the site and confidently nabbing someone, as I know his first and last name, and asking someone(as they would be familiar with working with him) I don't know what I could ask them...that's where someone experienced like you comes in. But now that I do have his name, I could also take advantage of approaching someone working on site, more direct whereas before I didn't have claim of a name, just 'bobcat operator'.
Decide what you think is best out of my alternative. The thing is I'm not great with phone communication, would rather talk text-message-email--or in person would be most preferable.

@Equestrianforlife7xo,
Go back and read the suggestions given to you much earlier in this topic when you were asking what to say to him when you went to see him again.

Pretty much the same advice and suggestions apply except you'll be talking to one of his coworkers about him instead of to him.

Just pretend you are in the produce section of a grocery store and want to ask a grocery clerk to recommend a vegetable recipe to prepare for dinner.

The person you nab is the grocery clerk. Ask him the best way to get in contact with your guy, the vegetable, so you can have a meal with him.

@Butrflynet,
Personally myself, I looked back on page 1, and just from scanning my eyes, there's far too much arguments to read through to pull this information out. Lol

I will wait to see if I get any other responses/advice to this, topic, more than one, and decide from there. Thank you so much

@Equestrianforlife7xo,
What would you call this whole situation scenario thing---you are one of the people who has not insulted me or brought in any negativity, rather trying to effortfully help. I understand the majority of it was non-verbal, and I guess you can't really be 100% quick to tell until you get to know--rather meet the person, speaking to them, etc. Common phrase they always say, people would do anything, or do crazy things for love. I guess only God knows and has a plan.

@Equestrianforlife7xo,
You are over thinking it.

Leave it at a good stopping point for the night and get a good night of sleep or read a book.

That's what I'm going to do.

Good night!

@Butrflynet,
I am concerned. I've done a little internet research, and it has been shown that this guy is listed as 42 yrs old? There are many other people with his name although, and I'm not sure how trustworthy the Internet could be providing people searches. I was just intending to see if I could get some more info based on the information I have been given, and that he has his own construction small company. I'm just much more slight skeptical. This guy is in fact his late 20s. I would even highly doubt if he is 30. I know many guys who are in their late 30's, and their look/age if you will appearance has not resembled off of this guy. In fact, there is quite a profound difference of the look on their faces in terms of age revealance. Also, his behavior and actions on site(if you do not remember look back to previous) do most certainly not strike nor reflect any age possibly above 30. Not to mention, I also have a friend who recently turned 27, looks 27, and I can also see the different look that appears with his age as comparable to this guy... I believe he could be any where from 25-29. I guess, shame on me for not even asking for a ballpark range of his age to the workers I had spoken to, or perhaps even comfirming with them my beliefs on him being is mid-late twenties, so I would be assured. But then again, I may not have been sure if age is appropriate to ask of, is it a big deal? You tell me.

Anyhow, I need some guidance. Where do I go fourth now. I'm not even sure if I may have been given the wrong name; it was well discussed and analyzed that I don't think they could have gone wrong with giving me a name of one of the few bobcat operators. I am still planning on and sticking with this next step of your advice, going down to the site once again, and nabbing a worker....best way to contact him. However, where I am currently iffy on his age, how should I approach, what should I ask now. Not sure of the proper way to go about it. This is extremely bothersome, and irritating, and it has taken up, eating away at my might. Best I could think of as the wisest decision, would be to come here and ask for some help. I would also hate to revisit those guys in the office trailer, just to be questioning this guy's age and consolidating that I got the correct information and not some other guy's name, I find that doubtful though. Mistakes do happen I guess. But I'm sure it would have made sense to ask it all there, not come around a second time. That might be a bit suspicious? I wouldn't want to get myself in an uncomfortable situation where I wouldn't know what to say, regardless of how nice and easy-going and cooperative they may be. Anyways, any help is of essence!!
