There is a limit to understanding if your philosophy;science and psychology is incorrect.
Consciousness vibrates so we experience the “in” and “out” of the moment consciousness states.
Presence is aware of this and can control which state is experienced.
The science behind this vibration is down to the fact that the electromagnetic forces in nature do not cancel out because it is impossible to cancel these forces of nature out.
Consciousness is balanced in the same way that the electromagnetic forces of nature are balanced.
