It is a 9.5" x 10.5" ink sketch. Looks like Venice.

yep its Venice. I recognize the street names and the California license plate on the Chevy

No, he's cropped out of the small version. You can only see part of his arm.

If you find the original 18"x18" oil on canvas, you will see him leaning forward and adjusting the radio.

It's worth a fortune.
