In a gun fair, a sign says:

WHEN YOU LIKE 50% OR 70% OFF
GIVE US SOME TIME TO RAISE OUR PRICES FIR

You're first impression seems to be right. It does look like a sarcastic laced sign which failed to bring on its message due to a poor typo or that the sign's creator just ran out of space.

"GIVE US SOME TIME TO RAISE OUR PRICES FIR[ST]" does seem to make sense given the context of the whole message.
