In the past, when I went on the google website, I would see an icon next to each entry indicating whether that site was safe.

How do I get that feature back?

@gollum,
It probably had to do with your antivirus/security software.

When I used to use McAfee, it used to have a shield symbol indicating the link had been checked against their list of known sites with questionable reputations.

Which security program are you using and does it still include the watch dog feature?

@gollum,
Here's a link to their Total Protection Page on their website. From there you should be able to figure out if you still have that website protection feature and get help from their support people on how to reactivate it.
