Can we now assume (after Condoleezza Rice testified before the 9/11 panel) that she is under qualified or trying to "hedge " from the truth for the bush?

You must have listened to a much different three hours of testimony than I did. I would think intelligent people would see her as competent, truthful, intelligent, and capable.
