Is 'Litteras feminae laudamus' translated into English as 'We the women praise the letters'? Or, is it 'We praise letters of the woman' or 'We praise letters to (for) the woman'?

Also, in the sentence 'Poetae vitam agricolae amant', is it translated as 'The poets love the life of the farmer', or 'The farmers love the life of the poet'?

@eagerstudent,

Although word positioning is much less important in Latin, placing
feminae after litteras is a pretty good indication that feminae is
genitive.

> 'The poets love the life of the farmer', or 'The farmers love the life of
> the poet'?

Same reasoning as above applies.
