The Alliance for Justice has produced a report on the record of Senior Judge Laurence Silberman, U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. On Friday, February 6, President Bush appointed Silberman to co-chair a nine-member bipartisan commission examinining pre-war intelligence on Iraq.
