In vive horam

Also since I have no 2nd line translation, is 'quia fecit mihi heri electionum' at all accurate? Or does it sound more like because of the elections i have made instead of choices..

Looks good. You could add hodie for "today".

Because of the choices I made yesterday,
Propter electiones hesternas --> because of yesterday's choices
Propter electiones quas here feci --> because of the choices I made yesterday

Live in the moment,
In vive momento / in vivere momento,
I would go with In vive momento

Without any regret
Sine ulla paenitentia.

What does 'In ipso momento' translate into? Is it 'Live in the moment'?
There was a concern I had that momento translate into a fast moment rather than meaning 'present time'

I now have these two phrases:

Sum qui sum hodie,
Propter electiones quas here feci,
In ipso momento,
Sine ulla paenitentia
and
Sum qui sum,
Propter electiones hesternas,
In ipso momento,
Sine ulla paenitentia

It means "in the moment itself" or "in the very moment". I used "ipso" to
distinguish between a short span of time and a particular short span of time.
